    Everytine I've ordered from here for delivery I have missing items or am given other people's shopping, the worst one is Monday I had my delivery checked everything and am missing items some of them for my kids packed lunches, tried to call the store numerous amount of times with no answer so ended up going through to the main customer service who listed my missing items and also tried to call them with no luck they assured me they sent an email and I would receive a call to say what time redelivery is.... It got to . and I manged to get through to the store who only checked the email once I was on the phone he apologised and said he will have it out on the - drop... Come . still no delivery so now on Wednesday morning tried calling store again no answer back to customer service who managed to get through to them and they again apologised and said it would be put on the - drop we'll it's now . and still no sign of my missing items I've tried calling again to no answer it's a great store and great bargains but the delivery service and customer service needs a bit of a step up
